The food is absolutely fantastic. Fabio sources the flour and other ingredients directly from Italy and the yeast for the dough has been passed on generation to generation to make the fabulous breads and pizzas. The genuine ingredients make for a filling meal that doesnt leave you in a coma. The diplomatico and the oven baked lamb are great, the bolognese the best Ive had and the polpette are delicous! Coming from Sicily, this feels like home. Our office is close by this restaurant and it happens to be the best genuine Italian in Peoria. We come all the time. We love you Fabio

This was my second time at Fabio's. It's amazing every time! This cute place is tucked away and when you step inside, you're transported to Italy. Hands down best Italian in Peoria and maybe even Phoenix. I've never had a bad dish here. The lasagne was layers of flavors and the ravioli are butternut squash in a sage cream sauce with prosciutto. It was perfection. Worth the drive from anywhere in the valley!!
Gluten free tarantina was amazing!!my husband had the veal and Marsala sauce for his gluten free penne noodles, said it was the best he’s ever had. The piccolo gli antipasti was also amazing.
Authentic Italian! Our party of four enjoyed the fine service-- not rushed, with perfect course pacing. Erika was attentive and responsive to our every question and request. We started with the complimentary bread plus olive oil/balsamic vinegar to dredge our bread through, and an appitizer of calamari fritti, then butternut squash ravioli, salciccia e fungi, pear salad, strawberry salad, and a pizza with sausage and mushrooms. Everything was delicious, the sauces rich and co plex... excellent! We will return and highly recommend.
Fabio On Fire is one of those rare gems you almost don’t want to tell people about—like a Michelin-star restaurant hiding in the most unsuspecting location. This was our second visit, and somehow it managed to be even more magical than the first. From the moment you walk in, you know you’re in for something special. The open kitchen is a show in itself. You can watch the chef work with dramatic fire flares, a blazing gourmet pizza oven, and authentic ingredients that feel straight out of Italy. Every dish is made to order, and you can taste the care, skill, and passion in every bite. Dining here genuinely feels like taking a trip to Italy—without leaving the neighborhood or breaking the bank. And don’t skip dessert. The sweets are just as impressive as the main courses: fresh, perfectly balanced, and absolutely delicious. The experience is elevated even further by the staff, who are warm, attentive, and treat you like family. It’s telling that many regulars know the team by name—this place creates real connections, not just meals. Fabio On Fire isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an experience. A hidden treasure that rewards anyone lucky enough to discover it—and one you’ll keep coming back to, again and again.
Probably one of the best meals I have eaten at a restaurant. My husband and I were supposed to share our entrees but it was so good I didn't want to give him any! Our server was honest and gave great recommendations to us. The atmosphere is quaint. Was really a great experience and will absolutely be back!
Tried Fabio's for the first time. I definitely understand the hype. The artesian style sandwiches and bread were amazing. The serving size is also pretty large and very shareable. Really small restaurant mostly meant for takeout but definitely worth the trip. They also had a ton of gelato flavors which just looked amazing. Next time we're going to try dessert.
Fabio on Fire is an amazing place to host a party! The food is absolutely delicious, and the customer service is truly beyond exceptional. We hosted my son’s engagement party here, and the entire experience was flawless. Jenny was absolutely outstanding and the heart of this event. She was professional, warm, patient, and incredibly attentive to every detail. From the very beginning, she guided us through the planning process, anticipated our needs, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Jenny went above and beyond in every possible way. She closed the entire patio for our event, was extremely flexible, and handled every request with a positive attitude and genuine care. Since the engagement was a surprise, she worked closely with us to make sure everything was timed perfectly so my son could pull it off seamlessly for his girlfriend. Her dedication, kindness, and passion for what she does truly made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff, especially Stella and Maurizio, were incredible servers — attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire event. We highly recommend Fabio on Fire for any type of celebration or special event. Thanks to Jenny and her amazing team, this night will always be unforgettable.
Went there with 6 people , had a great time, just a little slow getting started with the service had to wait a while for a sever to come to us and we were the 1st people there at 4pm and 3 people where standing around the register doing nothing because no one else was there. Food was absolutely fantastic, A#1, nice atmosphere and waiter was very nice and had a good sense of humor. We will definitely go back
This is a great italian restaurant. Really great. It is crowded, loud, and the tables are crowded as close to each other as possible - maybe even more so! Recipes went after complex flavors - savory and sweet - and nailed them. The arugula salad with pear, toasted almonds was exceptional. Light, but almost no "bitterness" from the arugula without being too sweet. We also had the short rib ravioli, and the butternut squash ravioli. Both were really good, but the squash ravioli was best. Savory with sage, but sweet and rich without being overwhelmingly so. Really, really good. Even the iced tea was incredible. Finally, we got a reservation on a saturday night, at 4:00 for 7:00. Very crowded and we sat on the patio. Only reason atmosphere was a 4 was the chairs were really hard. But honestly, not too important. Oh... wit salad, 2 meals, iced tea, and a desert (Tiramisu) bill was $70.00 (before tip). WHAT??!? Really reasonable pricing and still exceptional food? Definitely go to this place - you will go back!
We ordered the calamari & zucchini fritti, porchetta, bolognese and ravioli along with a negroni. The calamari was not heavily coated and well seasoned. The zucchini didn't hold on to their coating but were still good. The bread that's given with the porchetta is thin, crispy and addictive. The porchetta and the herb, garlicky hummus worked well together. The pasta tastes fresh made. It was perfectly al dente. My husband finished his ravioli and commented that the cream sauce was really good. Negroni was well balanced. My husband had an espresso martini but he's a man that drinks Crown and diet out of big plastic stadium cups so... I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
For the past three years, Fabio on Fire has been my go-to destination for authentic Italian cuisine in Peoria. Known for its inviting ambiance and elevated dining experience, it's a place that inspires patrons to dress up and savor each moment. While I’ve noticed a slight dip in the quality of their pizzas—primarily with a reduced amount of cheese—their flavors remain delicious and true to classic Italian traditions. The pizzas, although slightly different from what I recall in earlier visits, are still prepared with care, offering a delightful combination of crisp crust and fresh toppings. Service during my most recent visit was prompt, with food arriving swiftly and servers maintaining professionalism throughout the meal. The restaurant's aesthetic is polished, fostering a refined atmosphere that's perfect for special occasions or simply indulging in a well-crafted meal. However, after several visits, one aspect that stands out is the consistency of the menu. While it’s commendable that they’ve mastered their current offerings, I do wish they would occasionally introduce new dishes or seasonal specials to keep things exciting for loyal patrons like myself. All in all, Fabio on Fire remains a top recommendation for anyone in Peoria looking for a quintessential Italian dining experience. Just a touch of menu innovation could make this already great restaurant even better.
We had a party of 5 to celebrate my father-in laws birthday. He loves pizza so we found this place online and thought we would try it out for his birthday dinner. The atmosphere was excellent, although a few of our party had a hard time hearing each other, but for me it wasn’t that bad. The pizza was excellent with an amazing crust that they must spend a few days preparing. The pizza is thin with a crust that has a perfect chew. We will come back to try some of the other items on the menu.
